Graduating from a major in Documentary Film, she excels in film and story production dedicated to providing a platform and voice to the marginalized.

Hired by a Halifax radio station CKDU.fm as news coordinator, she reported and hosted weekly news episodes.
Photography
Whether paid contracts for events, for journalism stories, or as hobby, Karli excels in capturing the spit seconds of human emotion including protests. She also loves capturing food, aviation, the night sky, animals and nature.
Teaching, Training & Mentorship
Invited as a guest presenter & workshop host including Canadian Roots Exchange's the national youth truth & reconciliation organization, Karli is a seasoned trainer/mentor & project supervisor including working in 2 First Nations as a Community Journalism Trainer for Journalists for Human Rights.
Her mentees have won national awards and created monthly publications.
Having been invited to speak at high schools as a motivational speaker, Karli also teaches English as a Second Language.
Coordination & Project Management
Karli broke through with project management as a Coordinator in Parliament Hill for an all-party group on genocide prevention.
